Home Patient Care is a private pay agency that provides the Highest Quality health care in the home. We have operations only in the state of Arizona. We will be opening other offices in the state of VEGAS and California by the end of 2020. At Home Patient Care, we strive to meet the healthcare and personal care needs of our patients and clients using a team approach.

Our service range from non-skilled nursing care and rehabilitation, to personal care and living assistance services. Our goal is to provide a variety of professional and non-professional services that will enable our clients to recieve the care they need right in their homes. With home health care, many people can lead healthier, happier, more independent lives. I Kewanna Branch is the CEO/Founder of Home Patient Care and I believe that the home is the most efficient and most effective place for many patients and clients to recieve their health care, and that the population that requires home care services is continuing to grow.

 

 

Home Patient Care is concieved as an employee owned home health agency. Each employee, patient, and the patient's family or caregivers, will have to accept responsibility for their roles in creating a successful home care experience. To be effective, the health care services delivered to patients in their homes must be comprehensive and coordinated with providers of other health care and human services.
