Live-out Home Care
Our employer's will provide a varierty of services to all patients and clients. Each situation will be different and may not need all services provided to them. Services that will be provided to patients and clients, we provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. We take temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure. Toileting, nutrient intake, reposition, transfer and move patients.
Observe and report changes to patient doctors and nurses. Assist patients with self-care tasks also called activities of daily living (or "ADLs"), by helps with patient ambulation, which is the medical term for walking/movement, and helps patients get out of bed or helps them shift position in bed; provides comfort, privacy, and respect. Interact with family and family friends of the patient. Maintain and respect the dignity and privacy of each patient, and meet all HIPPA requirements' and understand and be considerate of patients's cultural backgrounds and their implications during interactions with patient's.Our employee's can assist with meds and transportation.
Transportation will be provided to and from patient's appointments or to run errands to and from store and to pick up prescriptions. Employee's will also provide light housekeeping, prepare meals, use gait belts if needed, provide basic nursing skills for the patients.
Observing residents,shaving, fingernail care, emptying catheter bags and preventing bedsores. We assist with taking clients for walks and exercises as needed. We help patient's in and out of bed on a daily basis. We are here to serve patient's and client's.
